Few would dispute Microsoft's position as a serious player in business computing. There are other options, certainly, but Microsoft is still the first stop for most companies unless they have specific reasons for choosing otherwise.
As businesses have come to take the cloud more seriously, Microsoft's cloud offering looks set to help protect their market share. They offer users a great deal of functionality, all obviously interfaced with their existing and indomitable software.
